An extensive luxury lunch catering experience where convenience and ambiance meet.This luxury lunch catering is perfect for occasions when you want to impress with quality and style.The lunch includes, among other things, generously filled sandwiches, a choice of homemade quiche or filled wrap, served with two types of delicious fresh salads.
Richly filled sandwiches:
– Smoked salmon with cream cheese
– Nashville Chicken in homemade sauce
– Jamon Serrano with pesto and Italian cheese
– Farmhouse Brie with fig compote
– Avocado with tomato, egg, and muhammara
Homemade Quiche, choice of:
– Quiche di Capra – based on a renewed recipe, now even creamier with leek, ricotta, and goat cheese
– Gâteau Normande – a refined tart based on our own recipe with oyster mushrooms, farmhouse brie, and tarragon
– Salmon Quiche – creamy tart filled with zucchini with a topping of cream cheese and smoked salmon
Filled wraps, choice of:
– Tender chicken, crispy fresh vegetables, and a flavorful dressing
– Creamy hummus and a mix of grilled seasonal vegetables
Fresh salad, choice of:
– Fattoush salad with frisee, radish, and bell pepper in a light vinaigrette
– Greek salad with crispy iceberg lettuce, tomato,cucumber, feta and olive
– French salad with oak leaf lettuce, green beans and pomcherry in a mustard vinaigrette
– Italian salad, with crispy iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber and mozzarella
